“It was an overall wonderful experience. The customer service was amazing! Being able to see animals at any time of the day was pretty amazing. The rooms had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the cabin was in a great location within the ranch so we had easy access to guest services. I look forward to staying here again!”

“The property was clean. It was in the area we wanted it to be in. The people were helpful. But the hallways were really hot and there was no hot water to take a shower last night or in the morning. I went downstairs to talk to someone this morning and she said that they would turn up the hot water and I was able to have a decent shower about half an hour later. I’ve never had to ask a hotel to make sure there’s hot water before so it was kind of off putting.”

“The room was spacious, clean and beautiful! We could walk out to the pool and it was so convenient! The staff was outstanding! They were friendly, helpful when I asked for directions and suggestions for food and the shopping I needed. We will stay again!”
